Remove limits

HTTrack sets some hard-coded limits on options like connections. Regular data download is limited (25KB/s by default).

The mms:// protocol is not restricted by HTTrack, and the bandwidth used by streams is not even considered in the transfer rate limiter.

If you understand the implications of removing the limits, and have good reason to do so, then you can use the argument: --disable-security-limits
