Forum users occassionally write to inform us that they've seen HTTrack being sold on services such as eBay. Often the software being sold has been rebadged/renamed.
Although it could be called underhanded, this practice is generally not against the GPL license that covers HTTrack.

This is the biggest probleme here: no reference to the license in the selling page, nor to the original program name.
