Someone is selling HTTrack

Read the official advisory regarding "derivative works" and "authorized resellers":

Forum users occassionally write to inform us that they've seen HTTrack being sold on services such as eBay. Often the software being sold has been rebadged/renamed.

Although it could be called underhanded, this practice is generally not against the GPL license that covers HTTrack.

Not clearly. Selling GPL software is perfectly legal, as 
long as you leave the license unspoiled and provide the way 
to download the sources. This is the biggest probleme here: 
no reference to the license in the selling page, nor to the 
original program name.

Known "copies" of HTTrack

• "Web Site Downloader" — re-badged version of WinHTTrack. They declare "WEB SITE DOWNLOADER IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE, HOWEVER YOU ARE PAYING A DISTRIBUTION & SUPPORT CHARGE".
